Q: Where do we ship products for free?

Shipping is FREE to all US addresses, including AK, HI and PR. SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders placed before 2:00 EST! Free shipping does not apply to shipments outside of the US. However, you will find our international shipping rates are very reasonable. We ship USPS Priority International and your tracking number will be emailed to you. It can take 14-21 business days for delivery. All packages will be marked as merchandise. International customers should note that you may be charged customs fees or duties as the item enters your country. This varies from country to country and from item to item. 

Q: How do I return an item?

All items must be returned in their CLEAN, ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If there is no Packing Slip, or Reason for the return, Our Returns Department cannot issue a Refund.
 
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we'll gladly fix it by shipping a replacement or issuing a 100% refund.
 
If items are returned for any other reason, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. In this case, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will be accepted up to 60 days from date of purchase.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping? 

Expedited Shipping is offered using USPS Express for an extra fee. This service guarantees delivery between 1-3 days. Orders must be placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday for Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping excludes delivery and/or purchases made on Saturday or Sunday and all major US Holidays.

Q: Do you offer discounts for repair shops?
